Nights of a Thousand Lights - Members Only Evening

The 4th Annual Nights of 1000 Lights celebration will kick-off on Thursday, December 7th with a very special Members Only Night.  Members are treated to the first viewing of our annual holiday light display.  This year's display will feature more lights than ever including an expanded light tunnel, RGB Triklet programmable lights, light orbs and light tubes.  In the Central Garden a live-cut 20' Christmas tree will feature "natural bling" and is best described as a modern style with natural elements.  Other unique elements at this year's event will include a light show in the Tropical Conservatory that will have you "singing in the rain," a flurry of fun awaits visitors in the Big Shade Garden and a red sparkle ceiling will dazzle in the Fern Grotto.  For a Caribbean Christmas experience sail on up to the Tea Garden where a pink paradise of poinsettias and flamingos and the sounds of Christmas music by the David Aguiar Trio fill the air. 

New to member's night is a make your own 'smores station and two ticket options.  The Light & Lively option is similar to previous years and includes food stations, entertainment and relaxed strolling through the Gardens to view the light displays.  The Formal & Fun option includes everything in option one plus a three-course Christmas dinner by Chef Pascal Olhats.  

Last year's Member's Night did sell out so don't delay!  Members may bring non-member guests.

Option One: Light Walk & Hors d'oeuvres

Hors d'oeuvres by Chef Pascal, live entertainment, make your own 'smores station and limited ticket sales for a more intimate evening.  

$20 per person

Antipasto Station: Cheese and Smoked Salmon Platter, Tapenade, Crostini, and a Grapes, Nuts, Olives Platter with Dijon & Creme Fraiche 

Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Mashed Potato Station Featuring Gravy, Bacon Bits, Grated Cheese and Green Onions

Brownies and Make Your Own 'Smores

Hot Chocolate Bar Featuring Marshmallows, Whipped Cream and Chocolate Pieces

Option Two: Dinner & Entertainment

An impressive holiday dinner created by Chef Pascal Olhats, special dinner entertainment and all the perks in option one.  

$75 per person (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity)

One Seating Only: 6 pm.  

First Course:  Iceberg Lettuce with Cranberries, Stilton Cheese & Roasted Hazelnuts with Cranberry Vinaigrette 

Choice of Main Course:  Poached English Sole in a Pastry with Mushroom Sauce OR Slow Cooked Roast Beef, Stout Jus and Goose Fat                                       Roasted Red Potatoes                                                                                                                                                                                    Both Served with: Braised Brussels Sprouts, Root Vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding
